Volunteer
Joining the team of experts and organizers is the best way to gain experience and network behind the scenes! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who would like to assist us in a variety of on-site logistical tasks associated with hosting our conference.
You can join us for a whole day or just a few–hour shift – there will be plenty to do but in a fun environment at our beautiful campus in Zugliget, Budapest! We will also provide volunteers with meals during their work hours.
We are looking for volunteers for the below time slots:
- 4 November 2024:
9 am – 1 pm, 1 pm – 5 pm (or the whole day) - 5 November 2024:
9 am – 1 pm, 1 pm – 5 pm (or the whole day) - 6 November 2024:
9 am – 1 pm, 1 pm – 5 pm (or the whole day) - 7 November 2024:
8 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 8 pm (or the whole day) - 8 November 2024:
8 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 8 pm (or the whole day)
Responsibilities may include: Orienting and navigating guests, registration, monitoring our exhibit, conference set-up and takedown, exhibition set-up and takedown, and answering questions.
