On the ground of material innovations for a more circular, bio-based and just future, one must recognize the tremendous synthetic materials which fill our planet to this day. No matter if it is currently accepted or banned, or where one lives, we still live with them, eat them and breathe them.

The second concept of "Data dinners" will tell tangible, data-based stories about chemicals from the land to our plates. Three courses, seven themes, and many more food and food-related issues, which we will attempt to consume.
